noises invading
thunderous and consuming
filling up my eyes
drowns out flashing light and sound
while billowing clouds subside


tangerine and blue
instantly struck by metal
tender to the touch
flesh entwined in flesh of yours
comforts to obsurd extents.


Differences they make
fluorescently they glisten
around they surround
cruising in and out of the mind
circling and trapped, but free.


Pushing and pulling
distant tunes in the background
subtle shades around
close eyes for transmitting thoughts
but bouncing back to the real
